Need assistance? Fill out the form below and we'll reach out you and help you understand the process.

Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program

According to House Bill 523, The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (OMMCP) will allow people who meet at least one of the qualifying medical conditions, upon the recommendation of an Ohio-licensed medical marijuana doctor certified by the State Medical Board, to purchase and use medical marijuana. Ohio residents must also complete the OMMCP patient registration to be approved to purchase from any Ohio medical marijuana dispensary.
Minors may also apply to get a medical marijuana card but must have the consent from either a parent, legal guardian or another person who is responsible for providing consent to receive a written certification from a medical marijuana doctor and complete the OMMCP registration. The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program is currently only available to Ohio residents only.
